Report taken. 12:00 a.m. Matt Allen Pitts, 32, of Lebanon, arrested for second-degree theft, interfering with a peace officer and on multiple warrants after deputies responded to report of bicycle theft in 2100 block Mill Street. Police responded to find evidence that someone had kicked in the side of the vehicle. They were told that the motor home must be removed from the county road or it would be tagged as abandoned.
